OUR HISTORY

In 1998 our group started a real estate financing company in Sandy, Utah.  We have been in the same office ever since.  Recognizing an underserved need in the market, we began offering debt-free TIC property ownership in 2006. 

​

Since that time, we have sold more than 100 triple-net lease properties to everyday real estate investors.  The vast majority of these properties have been tenanted by excellent national companies like Fresenius Medical Care, Family Dollar, CVS Pharmacy, DaVita Dialysis, Dollar General and others, all of which have performed flawlessly.

In 2013 we began offering some properties tenanted by a growing company alongside those with nationally branded tenants.  Despite having kept all its commitments for years, in 2019 this company abruptly failed causing a host of problems for us and several of our past customers.  

​

Marshaling all our resources we were grateful to settle and resolve the resulting issues.  We are happy to share more detail with anyone who asks as the lessons learned working through those challenges have proven immeasurably valuable.

 

Today the properties we offer are better than ever and our customers are the direct beneficiaries of our rich experience.
